Functional and Technical Characteristics:

Call Monitoring Phantom Technology puts into effect up to 64 channels per system block.  It has an unlimited channel capacity.

HSS call monitoring technology uses a compression algorithm to increase the capacity of recording space (generally GSM6.10 is the most efficient algorithm used).

For clarity, a playback gain control enables users to hear up to +40 dB of audio sound quality.

The call monitoring Channel Set Up is independent, uninterrupted, and functions in real-time.  The communication line status analysis feature also functions in real-time so the user can always know the current state of the line.

Call Monitoring indicators for recording and call progression are included.
Detection indicators for unforeseen line interruption are included.

Phantom Technology allows up to eight channels mixing simultaneous upon playback using an independent volume control.

Through the use of a Windows NT security kernel, access control for call monitoring can be engaged.

An automated control over operator actions can be set.

An audit log and an automated diagnostic testing feature are also included in the event that information audits need to be conducted or if a problem arises and a diagnostic analysis is required.
