Voice Logging Legal Considerations

Voice Logging Legal Considerations
Federal Law in the United States requires that a minimum of one party to a conversation be aware that the conversation is being recorded by recorders or digital voice loggers.
However, this requirement may not be sufficient enough for specific states.  In a two party conversation, the second party is also required to be informed that a phone recorders are taking place.
Therefore, it is suggested that anyone wishing to record a phone call, voice or data, by using any type of Digital Voice Logger Technology or phone recorders from this site or any site, simply check with local authorities or local counsel prior to monitoring and recording communications.
This also goes for any user outside of the United States, as most countries have laws and statutes regarding the activity of recording conversations.
